What is Midasboard?
Midasboard is the direct investment platform for the alternative market. Investors use Midasboard to invest in private market products such as private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, real estate, and private debt.
Who can invest?
Midasboard accepts Canadian Eligible, Accredited and Institutional investors. Ultimately, issuers (with whom you are investing) set their own terms depending on the product they are offering, so investors outside those groups may be able to invest on a case-by-case basis, and not all issuers will accept Eligible investors.
Is there a minimum investment?
Investment minimums differ by each product and issuer and are typically $10,000 to $25,000.

We collect only the information we need to service you and as required by our regulator. To the extent you purchase a financial product, we share certain information with the issuer.
